Inside Our Teacher's Gradebook
Excel Template
Education is the best investment anyone can make. While a lot of emphasis of education is placed on the student, the teaching side of education is just as important. A neat and efficient way of tracking student’s grades and progress is a must to avoid any mishaps from hindering education.
With our Teacher Gradebook Excel Template, you can do just that! Maintain a database of all your students, along with their education levels, and the corresponding brackets for your grading. This template gives you a smooth record-keeping experience ensuring that your work and your students’ grades are in a good, organized format.
Before we dive into how to use this template, we highly recommend you check out our other handy general templates, including the Family Tree and Lab Testing Management Excel templates. Family Tree is perfect for elementary and younger students looking to scope out their family origins, while Lab Testing Management can be used for science class.
Start in the learning database sheet. It’s here where you can input all of the information that you’ll need such as the Education Levels, Subject Names and their Required Hours, Students Names and their corresponding education levels, as well as your grading brackets.
In the learning progress sheet, filter through your students in the different education levels using the drop down and it will show all your students for that corresponding education level. You can input their hours progressed per subject in the succeeding cells.
Moving to the Learning Assessment sheet do the same with the year level but to the right, instead of putting the hours progressed, input their grades out of a score of 10 and the corresponding letter grad should appear. Keeping track of your students’ grades should never be a hassle again!
